A Tranmere player was caught on camera shouting 'you're f****** s***' at Loris Karius after the Liverpool goalkeeper made another blunder in a pre-season friendly.

But after Karius was introduced at the interval he was beaten twice as the hosts battled back into the game, the German goalkeeper at fault for the first of their goals.

Liverpool were leading 3-0 before the German keeper fumbled a free-kick that was hit straight at him, allowing Jonny Smith to slot the ball home.

It's only a few months ago that Karius became a villain at Anfield as having thrown the ball against Karim Benzema to gift Real Madrid the lead, he then went on to let in a simple Gareth Bale shot to gift the La Liga heavyweights Champions League glory.

He said: "Now Loris concedes that goal but we can not start the story always after each mistake".

"We can not change that".

Ben Tollitt, who appears to be a Liverpool supporter, could be seen mouthing an insult at Karius after he dropped the clanger.

"Mistakes will happen; I don't like it, he doesn't like it", he said. Our job is to perform and you do what you do and that is part of the deal.

"I liked the second half as well because although we were not that ruthless, maybe, we created a lot and played good football, came in the right spaces - last third not as good as first half but it was pretty good".

Liverpool trio Sheyi Ojo, Harry Wilson and Ryan Kent are all knocking on the first-team door and Jurgen Klopp may be getting a headache. "That's the situation - 3-2, nobody injured and everybody had 45 minutes [of] intensity That's what we wanted".
