After all, he's now filming the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel, Spider-Man: Far From Home, in London. Leaked pictures from the set have shown off Tom Holland as Peter Parker, but there have not been any shots of the actor in his web slinging costume. Earlier reports list Jake Gyllenhaal in the villainous role of the Spider-Man villain Mysterio, along with Michael Keaton returning to as Adrian Toomes, aka Vulture.

Spider-Man: Far from Home is to be directed by Jon Watts, who also helmed Spider-Man: Homecoming. With the addition of J.B. Smoove, we could end up seeing a lot more comic relief this time around, unless he's playing a serious role, which is pretty hard to imagine if you've ever seen or heard an interview with the hysterical comedian.

Details regarding Smoove's character were not available. And what if, just what if, a little bit of Leon were to slip in to Far From Home?

Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige previously confirmed the 2019 sequel will take Peter Parker out of NY for a European adventure in London that will reflect the global aftermath of Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers 4. Then on Monday, it was revealed that another newcomer would be joining the cast.

But what if Kevin Feige was a huge Larry David fan? And as anyone who's seen Smoove's previous performances knows, he would make a hell of a J Jonah Jameson.
