Actor Tom Arnold, who is producing a show about the hunt for 'Trump tapes, ' visited with longtime Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen and tweeted a photo of their get-together.

Arnold also noted that Cohen has been feeling worn down by NY prosecutors, as they investigate him for possible bank fraud and campaign finance violations.

Arnold said that they met regarding the new show, "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes", according to NBC.

During the 2016 presidential election, Tom Arnold, a former Apprentice contestant, claimed to possess racist recordings involving then-candidate Donald Trump.

"We've been on the other side of the table and now we're on the same side", Arnold told NBC.

Michael Cohen, (C) former personal lawyer and confidante for President Donald Trump, exits the United States District Court Southern District of New York on May 30, 2018 in New York City. Arnold says Cohen feels betrayed by Trump after his years of loyal service to him.

A promo piece references the infamous "Access Hollywood" tapes, and depicts Arnold searching for the Holy Grail of anti-Trump video - the unsubstantiated "golden showers" incident, which it depicts using a VCR cassette labeled the 'Pee-Pee Tape'.

During a freakish interview with CNN's Poppy Harlow, Arnold refused to answer when asked if Cohen said he was "cooperating with authorities should charges be brought?" "We're taking Trump down together, ' and he's so exhausted he's like, 'OK, ' and his wife is like, 'OK, (expletive) Trump, '" Arnold told NBC.

Cohen is now under investigation in NY for a series of alleged financial crimes. "I say to Michael, 'Guess what?"

His home, office and hotel room were raided by the Federal Bureau of Investigation in April as part of a probe into his business dealings. "You think Michael doesn't notice that?"

Arnold said to the network that he hopes Trump sees the photograph and it "haunts his dreams".

As Politico recently noted, Special Counsel Robert Mueller has steamrolled Trump's campaign against him, expanding his reach to Trump's closest confidants, Michael Cohen included.
