"Hyland added, "#stayhealthymyfriends", before sharing a video of herself just hours before her hospitalization, as her dog licked her face. "She's flawless and knows exactly what I need at all times", she wrote. "Health should ways come first".

It's a condition that can cause those suffering to lose weight and muscle mass.

"I haven't had the greatest year". "And she said, 'You're right, she won't - but it won't be because of her health.' When my mother told me that story, it resonated with me: if I can't have an ordinary life, I might as well have an extraordinary one". "I have been told that I can't work out". "I am an activist for activity.I love to be outdoors".

"I will say that this year has brought a lot of changes and with that, physical changes". (I'll be using that word a lot) Strength is everything.

Hyland revealed that she had basically been "on bed rest for the past few months".

"My circumstances have put me in a place where I'm not in control of what my body looks like".

She also explained that her face's swollen appearance was due to the medication that had been "saving my life". "For those on Prednisone I know what you're going through and I commend you sticking it out as I have". My self confidence is not rendered from your comments... I'm a 26-year-old woman who goes through more than you could ever imagine on a daily basis.

Fans sent Hyland messages of support on Thursday, telling the star to stay strong. On March 21, she also tweeted about her frustration about doctors not listening to her and asked if other people who were "chronically ill or in chronic pain" felt the same way that she did. The actress has been dating The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise alum Wells Adams since October 2017.

Selena Gomez was reportedly heartbroken when she heard about Modern Family star Sarah Hyland's supposed struggles with her kidneys, Hollywood Life reports.
