Game Of Thrones stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie - who played on-screen lovers in the epic TV drama - are tying the knot.

In addition, she also wore a white flower crown and a veil and held a bouquet of matching roses. Stepping out of the vehicle, she smiled at the crowd gathered outside the venue and said "Hello everyone". Wearing a traditional morning suit he beamed with pride as he walked into the ornate churchyard, waving at local well-wishes who had discovered the secret wedding venue.

Several fellow members of the Game of Thrones cast were in attendance at the ceremony, including Emilia Clarke, Peter Dinklage and Sophie Turner.

The loved-up pair, who met in 2012, were previously on-screen lovers as Jon Snow and Ygritte - and formed a romantic relationship away from the popular HBO show.

Although specific plans about the wedding have not been made public, they could Wednesday at Wardhill Castle, which is owned by the Leslie family.

Fans of Game Of Thrones have been gathering outside Wardhill Castle in Aberdeenshire hoping to catch a glimpse of the couple.

The bride's dad, Sebastian told the press prior to the ceremony that 'We're absolutely thrilled for Kit and Rose to be marrying today. It is an absolutely lovely day for us'.

"I was going to string up some lights in some trees and do all the romantic stuff, but we were in the country and we were sort of under this attractive night sky and had a log fire burning and red wine and". They look precisely 500 times more stylish than I will ever look in my lifetime.

And the June 23 date was posted at the Huntly registration office in Aberdeenshire, in the north east of Scotland, last month.

They officially announced their engagement last fall in the sweetest way.

"If you're already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it's becomes very easy to fall in love...".
