Apart from differences in RAM and internal storage, all the three devices come with same design and similar internals. Now, the latest news suggests the company to soon launch the LG Q7 smartphone in the US.

Google's list of Google Play Support Devices says that the cv5a is the LG Q7. Therefore, this actually could be the LG Q7 Android One variant slated to be carried by T-Mobile in the US.

According to XDA Developers, the LG Q7 Android One edition would be exclusively available through T-Mobile in the U.S. The evidence of an unidentified LG Android One phone along with its model number was found through the kernel source code of the LG Stylo 4 that will be launching in the U.S. tomorrow.

The confirmation that "cv5a" is an Android One device comes from the suffix 'sprout, ' which you'll find in the codename for nearly every Android One device released so far. Interestingly, LG has gone ahead and has released the kernel source code of Stylo 4, a device that has not yet launched. Under the hood, the device comes powered the 14nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor.

Regarding display, Q7 sports a 5.5-inch FHD+ LCD screen supporting 1080 x 2160 resolutions with the standard 18:9 aspect ratio.

It was unveiled with the metal body featuring curved edges. It is now said to be working on its first ever smartphone that will fall under Google's Android One program. The device is also water and dust proof along with MIL-STD 810G certified for its durability.

No information on camera sensors, but the device possibly features a camera button.
