Ninja becomes the fifth player to join the Red Bull esports roster. Ninja chose to announce his partnership during a Twitch stream; he wore the same bandana that is in the announcement video.

This will not be the first major competitive event for Epic Games" battle royale game that Ninja has been a major party in, as the popular streamer hosted the Ninja Vegas "18 Fortnite event at the Esports Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada and recently won the Fortnite Celebrity Pro-Am that took place at E3 2018 with his teammate of EDM musician Marshmellow.

"Red Bull Rise Till Dawn", the major event, will feature a duos tournament on the 99th floor of the Willis Tower on July 21st.

The duo of Domentos and Mongraal were able to survive a long and hard day of competitive Fortnite action to claim victory in the KEEMSTAR Friday Fortnite UMG Tournament. The team which gains the most points by the time the sun rises will be crowned the victor. "Red Bull Rise Till Dawn will be unlike any other tournament and something people need to see and experience for themselves".
