The Fire Emblem series will be getting a new main installment on Switch for the first time, with Nintendo announcing Fire Emblem: Three Houses during their E3 2018 showing. Three Houses, this new game in the popular tactical game will be launching in Spring 2019.

And, in battle, whenever you move a unit, formations of troops will move with them to support them when fighting enemy soldiers. There also seems to be some sort of explorable hub or world with actual 3D models instead of 2D sprites. After all, that game has ended up being the most popular title in the franchises and is one of the few mobile games whose monetisation is on par with what Nintendo expects. For more details on the tactical role-playing game, make sure to search for Twinfinite! So far, the company's latest console had only been graced with the spin-off game Fire Emblem Warriors, but that's set to change next year. It will still have grid-based, strategy action, though there does appear to be a new focus on group combat.

Some of the characters that players will encounter in the game are the main lords Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude.
