Nintendo's E3 2018 offering is already star studded with Pokemon Let's Go and Super Smash Bros, but what else could be in store for the Nintendo faithful? In recent days, information has pointed towards a release for the Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo has quietly introduced a number of improvements to the UI of the Nintendo Switch eShop.

Said evidence was discovered by the Twitter user SciresM, who seemingly delved into the Nintendo eShop's updates and uncovered something rather interesting. Fortnite on Switch has been hinted at for quite some time now, so further evidence to confirm this "pretty-much-confirmed" game coming to Switch is always welcome.

Fortnite on the Switch will obviously have some hurdles to jump.

A few months ago, Iron Galaxy Studios had made a job post mentioning the requirement of professionals for Nintendo and Fortnite portability; however, later they edited their advertisement on the website. You'll also have to pay for the privilege to pay online with Nintendo Switch at a later date, while it's free to play online on some of the other platforms, including PC. Back in March, the battle royale game debuted for iOS. Of course, you can never say that the game will definitely not come to the system on a smaller scale sometime in the future, but it happening anytime soon is very unlikely.

If rumors are correct, Epic Games might announce Fortnite's arrival on Nintendo's switch during the upcoming E3 event, 2018. It was a massive commercial success, selling more than 14 million units between both editions, while critics generally enjoyed the mascot fighting game as well. Snake is also one of the characters which the fans wanted to see as a downloadable content in 3DS and Wii U version of the game but it did not happen.
