You can also start a new community with three of the survivors from your last community (complete with the equipment they had on them when your last game ended), should you not be done scavenging and slaying zombies in State of Decay 2.

That number includes those who played the game when the Ultimate Edition was released via Early Access on May 18, combined with those who downloaded the game's Standard Edition that was released on May 22.

Gamers have streamed over 3.5 million hours of gameplay across Mixer, Twitch and YouTube Gaming via over 41,000 unique broadcasts.

State of Decay 2 is breaking records following it launch earlier this week on Xbox One.

According to Microsoft, during this time over 675 million zombies have been killed, 6 million firecrackers and fireworks have been thrown, and 6 million bags of snacks were eaten, . And if that's the case, I'm willing to bet that those users will eventually convert over to a fully purchased title.

Much of the community has expressed concerns about console frame rate issues and bugs. To say I'm loving this game would be an understatement. State of Decay 2 is now available on Xbox Games Pass, Xbox One's game streaming service. State of Decay 2 is every bit as fun and rough as the first game was in 2013.
