Battlefield V Teaser Hints at WW2 Setting

A Battlefield V trailer has teased the upcoming game's reveal event, though it may have hinted at some interesting plans for the FPS on the Xbox One.

The trailer announces that the game's official reveal will be on Wednesday the 23rd of May at 1 PM PT / 4PM ET / 9 PM BST (2 PM AET).

For starters, EA has confirmed that Battlefield 5 will take place in "a New Setting". Rather than a full-length, single-story campaign, Battlefield 1 utilized War Stories to tell multiple thrilling adventures spanning the Great War. However, no further information is now available about the detail of this character except for two flags that are seen on the top HUD and one of them being the Union Jack on the left which is the famous flag of the United Kingdom, and the Balkenkreuz on the right that was used by Germany during the Second World War which might provides hit about the game set in the onslaught of World War II. Some have claimed that the game is called Battlefield V and that it'll be set in World War II, while others have claimed that we're finally getting Battlefield: Bad Company 3.
