"I'm very pleased this is resolved, and we get to honor the relationship between Prince and Tidal with this album".

The Florida Theatre announced the concert, "4A - A Symphonic Celebration of Prince" for 8 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6.

Prince's estate confirmed the news, adding that the concert series will be called 4U: A Symphonic Celebration of Prince.

4U will present the music of Prince like never before, with a full symphony orchestra.

Questlove curated the orchestral tour, slated to kick off this fall.

Each show will feature a live band with world-class musicians and vocalists who will perform alongside the full symphony orchestra as they put a new spin on both classic tracks and underrated gems from the late singer's extensive catalog.

Photos and video will also be provided by the estate for the run of shows. TCG has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry with a focus on symphonic, family, music, and other live touring properties. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.

And if you can't wait that long - or as a warm-up - don't miss Spike Lee's "Purple People Party 3", his annual celebration of Prince's life and legacy, on June 9, at Restoration Plaza in Bedford Stuyvesant!
