From the moment they announced their engagement at Kensington Palace, where they held hands during their first ever sit-down interview, to their official engagement photographs which showed the couple hugging, they certainly don't shy away from a PDA.

Speculation that Mr Markle will not walk his daughter down the aisle began after a celebrity website claimed he would not attend, following the fallout from the pictures.

"Ms. Markle is delighted to have her parents by her side on this important and happy occasion", it read.

Meghan's half-sister, Samantha, has since claimed she hopes their father will attend if he is well enough.

Photos showed Meghan's Tracy Dooley - the ex-wife of Meghan's half-brother Thomas Markle Jr - and her sons, Tyler and Thomas, arriving at Heathrow Airport on Monday. Apparently spending 20 minutes on the computer reading news stories about the pair, the photographs were later distributed to worldwide media.

Harry and Markle have invited 600 guests to the wedding, which will be followed by a gala reception hosted by the queen. All in all, a cute story about an excited father ready to see his daughter married.

QUEEN Elizabeth II is "very angry" with Meghan Markle's dad for selling staged paparazzi photos of himself days before the royal wedding, according to a report.

Thomas also said that his daughter called him on Monday, but he missed the call. Well, Thomas wants everyone to know that the photo staging was "not principally about money", but rather, because he's recently been "ambushed by paparazzi who have photographed him in the most unflattering circumstances". They have been saying this for weeks, while trying to offer him support and help. Thomas had said that he also had a heart attack six days ago but left the hospital early so that he could attend but that is now not possible. Originally, he was supposed to walk Prince Harry's bride down the aisle.

"I have to say I am entirely the culprit".

Markle secretly hired an LA-based paparazzi to take "candid" photos of him preparing for the big day, it was revealed this week.

"Everyone needs to pause and think what this is doing to them and, more importantly, to him".

BBC royal correspondent Nicholas Witchell said he understood Ms Markle, 36, was distressed and concerned for the wellbeing of her father, who has been described as a rather shy and reclusive figure.

"Actually she has a large family who were always there with her and for her", Ms Grant responded on Twitter.
