As TMZ report, Bean has settled her divorce to Isaiah Silva but has somehow managed to lose the guitar.

On April 21, 2016, Love filed a declaration accusing Lee of trying to exploit Cobain's death and claiming Lee has "stalked and harassed me, my family, and my friends for many, many years ..."

The acoustic guitar Kurt Cobain used on MTV's Unplugged in 1993 is said to be worth millions.

Sources told TMZ that the visual artist eventually gave up fighting for the instrument, as "she wanted Isaiah out of her life for good, and didn't want the mess of a trial to bog her down". They were married for less than two years.

The settlement did grant Frances sole ownership of the couple's property, and also saw Isaiah denied a request for US$25,000 spousal support per month.

He will also have to pay for his own legal bills, despite hoping his ex would pay for them.

Lee appealed the verdict a year ago, causing Courtney Love and Frances Bean Cobain to testify to block Lee's case. Silva will now get to keep the guitar in the final settlement.

Earlier this month, Frances opened up to the Daily Front Row about what her late father would think of her own music. "I'm very glad that she's out of this very risky and toxic relationship".

Cobain's widow, Courtney Love, and his daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, who was a toddler at the time of his death, filed testimonies to keep the photos from being made public. On one particular occasion, Mr Lee even filmed himself chasing a limousine for several miles that he thought I was a passenger in.
