Server fixes and a new region-based system are also listed in the update, detailed via PUBG Mobile's Twitter account, and most importantly, PUBG's desert map, Miramar, has finally found its way to the mobile game. First things first, the biggest addition in this update is the Miramar desert map, which comes with new vehicles and weapons for players to enjoy.

The filters work in a similar way to the language filters, and you'll be able to see the results on the spot. It's pretty impressive how much better PUBG Mobile has been getting, and this latest update is definitely worth a reinstall if you've since deleted the game.

We also really like the new Local Quick Team feature.

Miramar has been in the PC version of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds since late 2017, although it has yet to come to the Xbox. Plus, there's a new progression system that lets you collect rewards on reaching new levels and weekly activity missions to allow you to earn more loot.

- Added local quick team feature: enter a 6-digit code to team up with friends that are next to you. You can choose from "More than 50′, '25-50", or fewer than 25 for the most hectic streams.

- Added language-specific chat channels: there is now an additional channel based on the language of your choice.

That said, some people don't want to complete missions, or want to spend a few dollars and get stuff right away.

Of course, PUBG Mobile still has a long way to go if it hopes to catch up to the PC version.

Additionally, PUBG says they've added a Secret Stash, where players can purchase special discounted items. You can head over to Reddit for a full list and changelog.

- Striking sounds and effects added to melee combat. That's a big one, and something a lot of players continue to complain about.
