The Logitech G703 wireless gaming mouse is $100, for reference. The G305 uses Logitech's LIGHTSPEED technology, which cuts back on latency to the point where most PC gamers will never notice a difference between it and their wired mice.

KitGuru Says: Logitech has packed a good amount of technology into the G305, especially for the low pricing. G305 features our HERO sensor and LIGHTSPEED wireless - all for $59.99. The sensor offers 200-12,000 DPI tracking and 250 hours of gameplay on a single AA battery.

The Logitech G305 should be available later this month for just $59.99. Plus, with the ultra-fast LIGHTSPEED wireless technology included in the Logitech G305, you get a faster-than-wired gaming experience with a 1ms report rate, end-to-end optimized wireless connection, and incredible responsiveness and reliability for competition-level performance. Switching the mouse to Endurance mode, with an 8ms report, will supposedly extend the battery life to up to nine months. Despite its long battery life and features, the mouse comes in at just 99 grams, which should help prevent strains after using it for extended periods of time.

Even with so much technology inside, the Logitech G305 is not heavy or bulky.

Despite looking like most other mice on the market, the G305 deceivingly packs a punch with its top-of-the-line HERO (High Efficiency Rating Optical) optical sensor, offering 200-12,000 DPI, and Logitech's proprietary Lightspeed wireless connectivity. Lastly, this mouse is created to be durable, compact and lightweight at only 99g, so it could be a great portable gaming mouse to bring to conventions and eSports events. The newest addition to the Logitech G PRO lineup. Now that Logitech has broken both barriers, does the G305 interest you?
