Fortnite - Follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs season 4 week 3 challenge guide Tue, May 15, 2018 Fortnite season 4 week 3 challenges are now live, with "follow the treasure map found in Salty Springs" one of the big Battle Pass tasks this week. You may have noticed lots of fun Fortnite gifs and videos doing the rounds, this replay tool is one of the reasons they are so common.

While Epic Games have not gone into detail about what the issue the caused the delay was, it appears that it has been resolved to their satisfaction.

Put quite simply, it's because Epic Games has come across an issue with the latest build, version 4.2. "We'll update you once we have a more accurate time frame". If you're trying to watch a particular match back, here's how you do so.

Head to your career menu and select "replays". You can pause, fast forward, and rewind at will, and can even switch between which player you're watching.

As it so happens, Epic encountered some issues with the patch in the hours leading up to what should have been last night's downtime.

The Fortnite 4.2 patch notes have yet to be released, as they will coincide with the launch of the v4.2 update. The approximate server's downtime is now unknown.

The best thing to do will be to keep an eye on the official Fortnite channels run by Epic Games.

The new patch is set to deliver a new weapon in a Burst Assault Rifle, while you can check out the list of new weekly challenges below.
