Bharti Airtel has announced a prepaid recharge plan priced at Rs 49 which offers 3GB of 4G data for a period of 1 day. Presently Vodafone had also released a plan which is priced at Rs 255, and there is a similar existent plan by Reliance Jio, priced at Rs 198. Gone are the days when we used to count the remaining data in our phone by the end of the month. Subscribers can log in to "My Airtel" application or Airtel's website and enter mobile number to check the validity of the plan.

For one, the Rs 49 offer appears to be available only for a limited number of Airtel customers. The scheme gives away 3GB of 4G data, but it naturally has some terms and conditions to go along with it. In case the user is not eligible for the offer, only 1GB data will be credited, instead of 3GB.

Reliance Jio, on the other hand, has Rs 49 plan that is specially designed for JioPhone users. The new pack is available under the Data section.

The Airtel Rs 49 prepaid recharge plan is ideal for those who consume large amounts of data in a day, while Jio's is for those who prefer talk time more than data. The pack also provides 100 SMS during the course of the pack's validity. To check the eligibility of the offer, users can need to open the "My Airtel" app and click on 'View Best Offers'. The plan offers 1GB of data that is valid for 28 days.
