At its BigOnFlipkart event, the e-commerce giant has announced a long-term strategic partnership with ASUS. And, according to this leak, the ZenFone Max Pro M1 is powered by Snapdragon 636 SoC, which is something that's already confirmed by ASUS.

Asus is set to release a new mid-range smartphone, the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1, and it seems to be a pretty good contender in the crowded segment. Combined with a power-efficient design of Snapdragon 636, the ZenFone Max Pro should last several days on a single charge. However, what ASUS didn't confirm was that this Qualcomm chip will be paired with 6 GB RAM, with the phone having 64 GB of storage on board.

The phone will feature a 6” screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio and will run “pure Android Oreo”, though were not 100% sure if this means Android One or not.

The rest of the specifications remains the same, such as the 16MP + 16MP dual rear camera, a 16MP selfie snapper, 5000mAh battery, and a triple SIM card slot for two nano-SIMs and a dedicated microSD slot which is nice. It will also support face unlock mechanism where users can look at the device and unlock it. The dual rear camera setup will be vertically stacked and there will be a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
