The Minnesota Twins have announced plans for its three postponed games against the Chicago White Sox, after an April blizzard shut down the city.

That's because for three days, winter weather got in the way, despite it being mid-April.

The Twins set a straight doubleheader for June 5, when the White Sox return to Minnesota for what will now be a four-game series. Jackie Robinson Day, originally planned for April 15, will be moved to game one on this day.

Tickets that were purchased for the games this past weekend are subject to the Minnesota Twins rainout policy. Those games have now been rescheduled. They will now play on August 20 at Target Field. The second game of the doubleheader will be the already scheduled 7:10 p.m. game.

Sunday's postponed game was moved to 6:10 p.m. Monday, Aug. 20, which was a previously scheduled off day for both teams.

The April 13 game has been rescheduled to June 5 at 3:00.

The third rescheduled game will be played at 1:10 p.m. on September 28 as the first leg of a doubleheader. Unused tickets may be exchanged only at the Target Field Ticket Office located on Target Plaza off 7th Street. The original game will start a half-hour after the makeup game is finished.
