It seems to have been a well-thought of decision because in recent years we have seen that Hollywood superhero films have the potential to crush local films.

Mahesh Babu's next film, Bharat Ane Nenu, is all set to release on April 20 and the buzz around it is just about to reach a crescendo. There are zero cuts, by the board as there is nothing in the content that is gory or unwanted. It got a U/A certificate.

Talking about what promoted him to play a social crusader in Bharat Ane Nenu, he said: "It has become very important for each one of us to have a national conscience, social sensitivity and a certain amount of strength to speak".

Mahesh Babu's "Srimanthudu" had grossed almost 2.0 billion globally on a budget of 400 to 700 million.

The shoot of the film has already been wrapped up and the lead actors Mahesh Babu and Kiara Advani with director Kortala Siva have started the promotional events. It was one of his most expensive films.

A huge loss would have to be suffered by the film even if it is good because of not getting the desired release and Babu's fans in Tamil Nadu would be hugely disappointed as they wait for his film to release. Check out the trailer once again right here... Mahesh plays a Chief Minister in this political drama which also conveys a strong social message like the previous films of Koratala Siva. "Politics is not an option for me". She will also be seen in a special role in Ravi Teja's next film "Nela Ticket".
