Going by the image, Nokia X is likely to sport a curved 2.5D glass cover on the edges and come with the metallic shell on the back.

Adverts showing upcoming Nokia X have been spotted in China. From the advert below, one can easily see a new Nokia phone forming X sign.

Nokia X is expected to be a mid-range smartphone, however nothing is conformed yet.

HMD Global which now owns the license to manufacture and sell Nokia phones is likely to unveil a new device in the coming days. It was also the company's last device with Google mobile OS until the Nokia 6 broke covers in early 2017. This makes it unlikely that the upcoming Nokia X is inspired by the old Nokia X. Perhaps HMD is taking another shot at reinventing the Nokia X - as a way to right what it got wrong in the past. Although it does not show much on the phone, rumours are indicating it will come with two variants of 4GB and 6GB of RAM and comes with either a Snapdragon or MediaTek processors. From feature phones like the Nokia 3310 (2017) to low-priced Android smartphones like the Nokia 1 and premium handsets like the Nokia 8 Sirocco, HMD has revived the Nokia brand especially in core Asian markets such as India. We should hear more about the phone in the coming days as we approach the launch.
