According to the newspaper Nice-Matin, a new suspect has been arrested in connection to Kim Kardashian West's 2016 Paris robbery.

The heist that left Kim Kardashian gagged and bound while almost $10 million worth of jewelry was looted from her swanky Parisian hotel is still an ongoing case with French police.

An 18-year-old man from Arima is expected to appear before the courts on Monday having been charged with robbery related offences.

Kardashian was tied up and robbed at gun point while held up in Paris back in October 2016.

Sparks Police is asking the public for help with identifying a suspect involved in a robbery on Saturday.

According to excerpts of his police testimony published in French newspaper Le Monde and several other French outlets, the alleged mastermind of the robbery told investigators that nearly all of the pieces they allegedly stole were taken apart, melted down and sold in Antwerp. "There is a person who has it ..."

The experience has had a profound influence on Kardashian, who has said that she has become less materialistic since surviving the robbery.

"I think in life, things happen to you for a reason and you really do have to pay attention, and I got the message. Because I just don't care about that stuff anymore, I really don't".
