Now, image renders of the OnePlus 6 have been posted on Weibo (China's social network, which is the equivalent of Twitter) and these indicate the phone could come in a blue colour. OnePlus had earlier highlighted a few specs that the OnePlus 6 will come packed with, like dual cameras and iPhone X-like notch.

The renders also show a chin at the bottom of the OnePlus 6, which otherwise has an edge-to-edge bezel-less display. The Company said that their notch will be bigger than the Essential Phone, smaller than the iPhone X. Till date we have learned quite a fair bit about the device, actually nearly all the essential things about the specs, and also that its design which will feature a top-notch/Cut-out on the front have already been leaked. We see the OnePlus 6 with a red alert slider, much like what we have seen on the OnePlus 5T Star Wars edition a year ago.

The image renders coming out of China also claim the phone could launch in Shenzhen, China by May 5, 2018.

The device is expected feature 19:9 aspect ratio, Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 CPU, Adreno 630 GPU, 6/8GB of RAM, 128/256GB of internal memory, and Android 8.1 Oreo with OxygenOS. Much like what the earlier rumours had suggested, the camera positioning on the OnePlus 6 will be a lot different from that of the OnePlus 5T. In terms of design, the OnePlus 6 is expected to look more or less similar to the OPPO R15 from the front, while the back of the handset is likely to have a wooden textured finish and a vertically stacked dual-camera setup.

Right below the fingerprint sensor, we see the OnePlus logo. But unlike the OnePlus 5T, the fingerprint sensor of the OnePlus 6 is rectangular in shape. From the images it is hard to say if the smartphone will only have the physical fingerprint sensor at the back or allow for display-based authentication as well. While the rear cameras will be largely similar to the ones seen on the OnePlus 5T, the selfie camera on the front of the handset is rumored to be an upgraded 20MP unit with an f/2.0 aperture lens. Interestingly, the white colour OnePlus 6 is seen with red coloured logo.

OnePlus 6 might not have launched officially, but India prices for the phone were leaked by a website called TrueTech. On the other hand, the logo on the OnePlus 6 in blue and black colour appears to be in black. In India, we will have to wait and see if the phone crosses the Rs 40,000 price mark, which would be another first. The OnePlus 6 will come in three storage variants with the base model 6GB RAM and 64GB model being priced between Rs 33,999 to Rs 36,999.
