Real Madrid and Wales forward Gareth Bale is ready to leave the club this summer because his relationship with head coach Zinedine Zidane has broken down, per Manu Sainz of AS (h/t Football Espana).

Spanish outlet Diario Gol (via the Daily Express) claims that Bale is being lined up as the next big-money acquisition for the Gunners.

Arsenal lost Alexis Sanchez to Premier League rival Manchester United in January, and despite getting Henrikh Mkhitaryan in return, there is the feeling that they could look for an even more high-profile replacement.

The former Man United star later said the reaction from the home support was "amazing" and "unbelievable".

Cristiano Ronaldo may have stolen the show but Isco produced a passing masterclass in Real Madrid's 3-0 Champions League away win over Juventus on Tuesday, according to Opta.

Now United are going back to Real for another player - their talented midfielder Isco.

Bale looked far from happy last night as Lucas Vazquez, Marco Asensio and Mateo Kovacic were all used as second-half subs by Zidane. However, there is no place for Gareth Bale who has to settle for a place on the bench, with Nacho the only absentee from the Real Madrid squad.

In a dressing room with a powerful work ethic, some of Bale's teammates also wonder whether he is too "precious" about avoiding injury and prefers not to play when they would play through the pain barrier, while his continued inability (or refusal) to learn any more than a basic level of Spanish after nearly four years in Spain has also been a barrier to his full integration in the squad.
