The Sandlot is one of the most acclaimed baseball movies ever - beloved not just by movie fans, but by baseball players themselves.

Members of the Milwaukee Brewers recreated the scene in which Ham hits a ball over the fence and the group reveals "The Beast" is back there.

Christian Yelich plays Benny "The Jet" Rodriguez, Eric Sogard is Squints, Hernan Perez is Yeah-Yeah, Jeremy Jeffress is Kenny Denunez, Josh Hader plays Bertram Grover Weeks, Chase Anderson is Repeat and Jett Bandy is Timmy. When newcomer Scotty Smalls (Brett Phillips here) offers to climb the fence and retrieve the ball, his teammates warn him away.

Meanwhile, the Brewers aren't the first pro baseball team to pay tribute to the film.

To make the re-enacting even more credible, the nine players were dressed as the characters in the movie and the scene also featured a cameo from Hank the dog as "The Beast".

Here is the complete cast.
