The phone has a 13-megapixel camera with 5 megapixels front-facing camera. Under the hood, it offers a measly 1GB of RAM, quad-core MediaTek chipset, and 16GB of storage. If you need more storage space for your content, a microSD card slot is built in that is good for up to 32GB cards. An 8MP snapper adorns the back of the unit, and there is a 5MP selfie snapper in front. The first phone will be the affordable Alcatel 1X, which is the company's first Android Go phone, featuring a version of the U.S. that's customized for low-performing hardware. If you're anxious about the less than overwhelming specs, Google has a series of apps that will work on Android Go handsets. As per Alcatel, the Alcatel 1X will have a fingerprint sensor for the United States variant. A step up specs-wise from the Alcatel 1X, this model carries a 6-inch LCD screen with a 1080 x 2160 resolution. Crunching graphics is the Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. The phone has a MediaTek MT8735A processor with 2GB RAM. Alcatel 1X is the first phone of the brand to have Android Go and Alcatel 3V is the dual-camera smartphone.

The exact date of the launch of the phone is not yet finalized but they are coming to the USA is confirmed.
