"I'm using Virat Kohli's bat now", Danni said.

The top order batsman will be touring the country this time around as England women's cricket team will play in Twenty20 tri-series with India and Australia starting in Mumbai on March 22 before three ODIs.

Kohli gifted a bat to Wyatt during India's tour of England in 2014 when the two met at Derby.

But that did not stop Kohli from gifting his bat to Wyatt, who now describes the bat as "a beast". The proposal on Twitter: 'Kholi [sic] marry me!'

The right-handed batsman had tweeted on March 7 of her eagerness to play in India, where she had also made her global debut in one-day and T20 formats.

A year ago in December, after Kohli married Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma in an intimate ceremony in Italy, Wyatt once againt took to Twitter to congratulate the couple.

Wyatt described the bat as a beast and will be using it when she will open the batting for England against Australia women on March 23. She explained that the lucky bat with which she scored a century in November broke, which is why she will be using a new one in the upcoming tri-series.

The Staffordshire women all-rounder, in her last global innings in November 2017, had blasted the third fastest hundred in women's T20I history (56-ball 100) to help England clinch a 2-1 win a three-match T20I series against Australia Down Under.

Kohli last played in a second T20I against South Africa last month and is now on a well-deserved break from worldwide cricket.

Moments later, Wyatt replied, "Will try and get to a game".

Wyatt might also be seen supporting Kohli and RCB from the stands during the upcoming season of the cash-rich league.
