The great Paul Simon, who recently announced his impending retirement from touring, has revealed the final leg of his final tour, Homeward Bound - The Farewell Tour.

In 2003, he received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award for his work in Simon & Garfunkel, and has sold more than 100 million records worldwide.

"I feel the travel and time away from my wife and family takes a toll that detracts from the joy of playing", Simon wrote on his website when he announced the tour.

The legendary singer-songwriter has more than dozens of chart topping hits including "Bridge Over Troubled Water", "50 Ways to Leave Your Lover", and "You Can Call Me Al". I think about music constantly.

Simon opens the first leg of Homeward Bound - The Farewell Tour on Friday, March 16, in Vancouver, a show that will be followed by 30 summer concerts across North America and Europe.
