After sharing some adorable stories about his kids with wife Hilaria Baldwin on Monday's episode of The Tonight Show, Alec Baldwin fanned the flames of his feud with President Donald Trump.

The president and Boss Baby star had a heated exchange on social media earlier this month after Baldwin said playing Trump on Saturday Night Live was "agony".

Fallon also asked about Trump's recent tweets attacking Baldwin's impression of him. Baldwin then clapped back by tweeting he'd like to "hang in there for the impeachment hearings, the resignation speech and farewell helicopter ride to Mara-A-Lago".

Jimmy proceeds to read Trump's recent tweets to Alec, in which the president said the actor's "dying mediocre career" was "saved by his bad impersonation, Alec responded, "Nobody is forced to watch..."

"I don't need to tell you", Baldwin told Fallon about Trump immersion, "it gets exhausting after a while".

As for Trump's tweet that true agony is being forced to watch SNL, Baldwin noted that the only forcing going on is Trump's requirement that some people listen to him: "We call them the Cabinet". "Does he have like alerts or does he sequester himself for just a period of tweeting?" He went on to question Trump's Twitter habits, wondering whether he interrupted important policy meetings to say, "Hold on one minute, Alec Baldwin is a loser".
