Zinedine Zidane's side sealed their place in the Champions League quarter final with a 2-1 victory in the second leg over Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, seeing them comfortably qualify 5-2 on aggregate.

"We enjoy the Champions League, we are focused and we are going to give 100 per cent throughout the tournament".

Zinedine Zidane has insisted Gareth Bale remains a "crucial" part of Real Madrid's plans despite increased speculation linking the Welshman with a big-money return to the Premier League next season.

The report claims that Lewandowski is open-minded about the possibility of leaving Bayern Munich in the summer, with Chelsea and Real Madrid thought to be leading the race to secure his signature. He didn't start in either of the last 16 games (against Paris) but I haven't got any problem with him. They're a fearless and disciplined team and I'm not surprised by their league position.

The France striker has found goals hard to come by this season, having scored eight in all competitions, his last on February 24.

"I'm not here to convince anyone", Zidane said. There are people who know football and they know that Karim is very good.

"Karim has been here for nine years and I don't have to defend him, he is very good, I like him a lot". He is Madrid's No. 9 and we ask more of him because he hasn't scored much lately.

"What they are criticising is that he hasn't scored but he has done other things for the team and that goal is going to come".

Unpredictable Eibar take on improving Real Madrid in Saturday's La Liga clash at Ipurua with both teams looking to improve their league position. When you have such a big gap with the top it's very hard but my message to the team is that we are not going to give up.

Zidane is under no illusions about the size of the task facing his side against Eibar, who successfully battled relegation this season and have gone from strength to strength, despite a recent blip which has seen them win just one of their last four games.

Real Madrid have no players suspended for the game at Ipurua.
