A video announcing the sale of the pink and black bags features Suzette Quintanilla-Arriaga, Selena's sister, and Regina Garcia, spokesperson for H-E-B.

H-E-B officially started selling the tote in stores and online at 9 a.m. Friday and fans were up bright an early to make sure they got one.

H-E-B has sponsored Fiesta de la Flor each of the now four years the Selena tribute festival has been held in Corpus Christi.

HEB made a big announcement Wednesday through social media.

The much-anticipated Selena bags will be available at select H-E-B's across Texas on Friday.

"We finally came up with something to give back to Selena's fans but to also benefit Selena's foundation", Suzette Quintanilla told a Corpus Christi TV station.

Bags were limited to two per customer, but H-E-B workers said within a half hour, over half of the 1,400 total bags were already bought by customers. A portion will go to the Selena Foundation, a partner with H-E-B in the bag sales.

"Working with H-E-B to create this bag was a highlight for me", Quintanilla said. As for the shopping bags, proceeds will go toward the Selena Foundation and the Boys and Girls Club of the Coastal Bend.

Don't worry, if you missed out on buying a bag in store.
