It ends with a dedication to Joanne, who was just 19 when she died. Gaga is set to perform at this year's Grammy Awards, which airs this Sunday, January 28 at 7:30pm EST/4:30 PT. From there, she belts out the emotional ballad, and there are at least a couple teary moments between the colorful outdoorsy clips and black-and-white performance footage. Gaga has previously spoken about the tragedy, telling V magazine: "Joanne is about living every day as if it's my last... my father's sister died when she was 19 - that was Joanne, my aunt". Her father was 15 at the time. On Friday, more than a year after she released her 2016 album, Joanne, the pop icon and incoming Vegas girl dropped the visuals for the piano version of her title track "Joanne".

Gaga suffers from fibromyalgia syndrome and was tested borderline positive for the disease that claimed her aunt's life.

Gaga's record label, Interscope Records, has announced it'll be making a donation to the Lupus Research Alliance in Joanne's honor. While her album is nominated, her hit single Million Reasons also received the Best Pop Solo Performance nomination.

"Please consider a donation to this tremendous organization", she wrote. Gaga even credits her deceased relative for helping her overcome her drug addiction early on in her career.
