While the text message was enough to clear the air, Munn went on to share a couple of other posts as well, calling out the gossip stories that have been circulating about her and Pratt.

Olivia Munn has taken to Twitter to set the record straight about her relationship, or lack thereof, with actor Chris Pratt.

Olivia personally reached out to Anna saying there was "0 per cent" truth in the rumours of her dating the Guardians Of The Galaxy star.

Munn also clarified a list of assumptions made about people dating exes: "Not every woman is scorned and upset after a break up", she began.

The Mail Online also added that Anna felt "betrayed", as she also had Olivia on her podcast, in which she joked that Olivia was Chris' dream woman.

"Since we know each other, I wanted to reach out to you personally to tell you the story about me and Chris dating has 0% truth", Munn wrote to Faris, 41, per a screenshot she shared.

Munn split from her previous boyfriend, Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, while Faris and Pratt were married from 2009 to August 2017.

"So even if I was dating @prattprattpratt, some tabloids got me and @annafaris all wrong".

Anna responded: "Hi! Oh my god-this town is so f-- crazy-you are so sweet to text-I love you-having said that if you were my new sister in law I would be thrilled! -lets please catch up soon".

Anna Faris did once reveal that Munn was her man's "dream woman" even if they were still together at the time.

In another post, the star decided to make fun of the situation a little, explaining that the reason why they would not make a good pair is that their possible ship names are all horrible-sounding.

"Our son has two parents who love him very much and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward".
