Nokia 10 could feature an impressive penta-lens camera configuration

The source says that smartphone will feature seven holes at the back forming a circular form factor. Now there is a rumor that HMD Global is working on a Nokia phone with five cameras! Alongside the Nokia 9, Nokia 1, Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 3310 4G version, the Finnish company is reportedly planning to also announce its plans to launch a Nokia phone with penta lens later this year.

The last time we updated you on the status of the Nokia's upcoming Android Smartphone with Penta-Lens Camera, we told you that it was in the works and will be unveiled as early as late 2018. There are five camera sensors, LED flash, fingerprint sensor, and one more unknown sensor. Huawei's P-20 is expected to be launched at the MWC in Barcelona in late February.

If the reports are accurate, this camera module will be seen on the Nokia 10 when it releases mid-2018. We also talked about why this Penta-Lens camera may feature Zoom Camera technology from Zeiss.

According to the source, the smartphone will utilize the latest from Qualcomm with a Snapdragon 845 processor. We can expect more leaks to follow soon about this new Nokia smartphone. What this means is that this is a camera that could feature five lenses, which in concept is similar to that of the Nokia OZO which has eight lenses.

It was at the beginning of 2017 when HMD Global first introduced the world to the Nokia 6.

For optics, the Nokia 9 will come with dual rear cameras but in a 12MP + 13MP configuration.
