Selena Gomez's Mom Warned Her About Woody Allen, But She Didn't Listen

It's no secret that Woody Allen has previously been accused of raping his adopted daughter, Dylan, and so its understandable why Mandy would advise against any type of relationship with the famed movie director.

Teefey also serves as executive producer alongside her daughter on Netflix's "13 Reasons Why", which is scheduled to return for a second season sometime this year.

Allen has denied the allegations - that made worldwide headlines amid his parting from Mia Farrow in 1992 - for more than 25 years. No one controls her. Now, it seems that Selena has done the same. She makes all her own decisions.

Teefey also admitted she hasn't spoken to the Sorry singer in "years", even via text, despite her daughter having had a kidney transplant last summer. The two first started dating in 2010, and have been on and off over the years ever since.
