Taylor Swift's reputation as a ticket-seller remains intact

The "Verified Fan" program allows fans to improve their chances of purchasing a ticket by doing boost activities such as purchasing official Reputation merchandise. Registration for verified fans begins on Friday at 10 a.m. and ends at 10 a.m. January 18. More info at - where else?

According to Billboard, "Swift is using a strategy deployed by Jay-Z and bands like the Rolling Stones - price tickets high and have seats available on the primary market up until the day of show".

Swift's "Reputation" stadium tour kicks off on May 8. In contrast, two Spark Arena shows on Swift's Red Tour sold out in 2013, resulting in organisers arranging a third show to cater for those who missed out.

The Reputation tour arrives in Texas Sept. 29 when Swift plays NRG Stadium in Houston. West received one of these Christmas cards from Taylor Swift in the post.

There is some concern though for her young fans since her ticket prices might be set too high for them to attend.

If your 2018 wish was for more Taylor Swift - you're in luck. There are still hundreds if not thousands of tickets left for every show, despite seats having been available to the public since the Swift's birthday on December 13. "We're not trying to sell all of her tickets in one minute; we're trying to figure out how to sell tickets in a more modern way".

Her Christmas message inside the card also shamelessly plugged her new album, saying: "May your reputation shine bright this holiday season!"

"Sales so far have been a mega disappointment", one music industry insider told The Post.
