Lindsay Lohan is back - for a short time only.

The Mean Girls actress appears on The Wendy Williams Show later today, and, in a clip, acquired by People, she tells Wendy that she is discussing designing part of the articifical archipelago in Dubai, The World Islands.

"I'm out-Trumping Trump with the name Lohan", she said through cheers from Williams' audience, nodding to her apparent attempt to build a mini Lohan-branded empire.

Now, the star splits her time between America and Dubai, and has said that living out in the United Arab Emirates has allowed her to have more of a private life.

'I have a lot of little projects there because I like to keep busy.

Dodging surprised glares and slightly awkward smiles from Williams, LiLo continued to explain that she's now attempting to design "Lohan Island" within The Worlds Islands, a grouping of small islands located in the Persian Gulf near Dubai. "So, when I'm finished filming (British sitcom) Sick Note I can go back to Dubai..."

The actress, who discussed her television and film projects overseas, explained that being in "work mode" has prevented her from dating - but she doesn't have a problem with that.

Lohan has been splitting her time between Dubai and London for almost two years and has spoken positively about her experiences in the Middle East. She did, however, insist that she likes men after Williams brought up her past romance with Samantha Ronson, and asked if she was sexually fluid.

'I've had enough of them!' she claimed.

"I just want to get off of this airplane and surprise my grandmother Sullivan for her 94th birthday!" See more in the video below.
