The trailer of Kaalakaandi reveals the film to be a black comedy of sorts and it was reportedly suggested 70 cuts by the CBFC before it was actually cleared with an "A" certificate, of which Saif told PTI: "The film getting an "A" certificate is justified as sometimes the children should not watch certain films". Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan's little munchkin is simply adorbs and there is every legit reason why the paps go insane clicking him. Kaalakaandi is going to make you all amazed for sure.

He said: "I am scared for all because when films release, you do get a little scared". Now he has only few days to live. Post he pops the pill we see Rileen's story proceed with two other parallel stories that are there in the film. Besides Saif in the lead role, the film also stars Sobhita Dhulipala, Akshay Oberai, Isha Talwar, Deepak Dobriyal, Vijay Raz, Kunaal Roy Kapur, Shenaz Treasury, Amyra Dastur and Neil Bhoopalm in vital roles.

Written and directed by Akshat Verma (the writer of awesome film "Delhi Belly"), "Kaalakaandi" turns out to be a yawn fest thereon. We were just about to get over the shock when we went to the section called "cast". The things that Saif's character imagines are also very boring. A bold move that has paid off. But, unfortunately the weak script doesn't do justice to Saif's talent. The actor hasn't stopped impressing audience since the inception of his career.

Kaalakaandi has released in theatres all over the nation today.

He, however, looked exasperated when someone pointed out that cuss words in films leave a negative impact on children.
