"As it's going to be an exclusive title on Xbox One for some time, we'd like to focus on completing the Xbox One PUBG for now", says Chang Han Kim, the CEO of PUBG Corporation to InvenGlobal. "[The studio has] already released four updates since the game's launch in Xbox Game Preview on December 12".

In development for PC and Xbox One, using Unreal Engine 4, the standalone game will expand the core Battle Royale experience enjoyed by millions of players into a highly competitive player vs. player (PvP) game in a dynamic open world.

In addition to that, PUBG was the most talked about game by the media in 2017! Right now you can purchase PUBG for $29.99 from the Xbox Store. PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds continues its reign as a sales behemoth and as a smart move for Microsoft.

Elsewhere in the notes, PUBG Corp discuss the new crate system. Though Region Locking China in PUBG doesn't seem like the solution for the developers.
