House Prices In Clare Grow By 5%

Despite this Daft said that prices in the last quarter had fallen back by 1.4% after what they described as "a year of two halves".

The report says Dublin prices will be out of reach for more borrowers as a result, while in other areas where buyers will not need to borrow as much, prices will see double-digit growth.

Daft.ie reports that the asking price of a home in Louth jumped 11.5% in the last 12 months to an average of €205,725.
