Reliance Jio launches web version of JioTV

Reliance JioTV website is now live and users can watch channels, shows on this app on their desktop, browser. Going by some new reports Reliance Jio has now launched a web version of JioTV app which allows Jio users to access over 500 tv channels. You have different TV categories including Entertainment, Movies, News, and Sports. Where the JioTV app is concerned, it is available for iOS and Android devices (smartphones and tablets).

Meanwhile, if any user is interested to avail the service, they can visit the website and sign in with their Jio account. However, the company has now opened up the service for web as well. However, the web version of the app offers slightly less number of channels.

Reliance Jio TV offers access to over 350 channels and past 7 days aired shows.

For users who are on the Jio network, the MyJio app requires that a password is created along with the Jio number. However, that is not the same with the web version. Similarly, for JioCinema, simply head to The layout is pretty much similar to the app. You can even switch to full-screen view. By default, the video streams in the best quality, depending on your internet connection. The app also offers support for 16 different languages namely - Hindi, English, French, Nepali, Bengali, Urdu, Assamese, Telugu, Odia, Bhojpuri, Kannada, Tamil, Punjabi and Guajarati. Some of the channels also allow the users to rewind one hour of programme and you can also view previous episodes.

JioTV, on the other hand, gives you an access to Live TV with more than 450 channels. The channels are listed horizontally.
