Holding a sanitary napkin in his hands while supporting a huge smile, Akshay is looking formal and poised standing against the backdrop of large grass wall overseeing the traffic of a metropolis. The film will be produced by Akki's better half Twinkle Khanna, making it her maiden production venture and will be helmed by R Balki.
