Kiss Daniel Sued By Former Record Label G-Worldwide Entertainment

The entire music industry is about witness a FLYBOY and STARBOY collaboration as all is set for Kiss Daniel's first ever career collaboration after G-Worldwide exit.

In the lawsuit which was made public, G-Worldwide Entertainment is forbidding him from performing any of the tracks recorded during his contract or booking any event with the name Kiss Daniel.

L&A Legal Consultants also stated in the reply that till this moment, Kiss Daniel is yet to be officially served any letter or court document from his former label as widely reported.

The proper thing is for Kiss Daniel and his team to receive the processes from the court and file their own response.

"...this is gonna be a sweet victory for you young man", he posted on his Instagram page.

But Kiss Daniel is not shaken by the threats.

The court declaration, as pictured, ordered both parties to "maintain the status quo ante Bellum under the recording contract pending the hearing of the motion on Notice dated the 20/11/2017".

The court having heard the application considered it proper to grant an order of status quo dating back to the recording contract.

Well, it turns out to be true: they are embroiled in a feud, and this one is already messy as G-Worldwide has dragged Daniel to court, while also warning entities from associating with him.

G-Worldwide said it has obtained a court order restraining the artiste from the "unauthorized upload, distribution, performance, sales and use of songs" from his two albums.

It is regrettable that Kiss Daniel without reading the full text of the application for the interim orders (which can be gotten by a simple search of the court's records) to understand the clear goal of the order, has denied the existence of the order and its import.
