The document says that between February 6, 2003 and Sept, 20, 2016, Nassar was in possession of computer disks and electronic files that had thousands of images of child pornography.

"I was all alone with him in his hotel room getting a 'treatment.' I thought I was going to die that night", Maroney wrote on Twitter, detailing her alleged abuse. While Judge Neff says she will "fully take the conduct suffered by these victims into account in sentencing", she is not allowing them to make in-person statements.

"This experience has shattered McKayla", Erin Maroney wrote, per

Erin and her husband were told they were not allowed to stay with their daughter at competitions overseas nor on the Karyoli Ranch, the US team's training centre in Huntsville, Texas named after former coaches Bela and Marta Karyoli, where McKayla says Nassar first abused her.

Under federal law, Neff was able to consider the scope of Nassar's crimes, including his sexual assault of young girls by digital penetration during medical visits, to which he also admitted guilt last month.

The woman - Rachael Denhollander, 32, of Louisville - then told her story to the Indianapolis Star, prompting dozens of women, including several former Team USA gymnasts, to come forward with similar allegations.

The judge Thursday ordered Nassar to serve his federal sentence - 20 years each for three counts - consecutively to state sentences, seemingly foreclosing any possibility he obtains an early release.

Erin wrote that she and her husband were not allowed to stay with McKayla when she was travelling overseas, sometimes not even in the same hotel.

She continued: "My husband once questioned the isolations of the girls during global travel". He was assured by Steve Penny that the girls were safe at all times. Michigan State and USA Gymnastics are defendants in numerous lawsuits. "We now know that was a lie".

"I. learned a few weeks ago from my daughter that at the world championships in Tokyo, [Nassar] drugged her, made her lay nude on a treatment table, straddled her and digitally penetrated her while rubbing his erect penis against her", Erin wrote. "If he is ever allowed to reenter society he will not hesitate to reoffend", one victim writes in the prosecution's presentencing memo.

He'll be sentenced in those cases in January. "She was 15 years old".

Nassar, who worked with USA Gymnastics for almost three decades as a trainer and medical coordinator, could receive a minimum sentence of 27 years, but prosecutors want a 60-year prison term.

Her mother, Erin Maroney, in her letter to the court recalled hearing from her daughter about another incident of abuse she says occurred during the world championships in Tokyo.

"At this point, he truly has nothing to lose", she said. "Larry Nassar deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison".

McKayla Maroney, now 21 and retired from the sport for more than a year, said Nassar - who also worked at Michigan State for decades and has been accused of sexually abusing former student-athletes there - "treated" her both before she and the "Fierce Five" won their team gold and before she won silver in the vault in London.
