Atlus and developer Vanillaware have confirmed that they are bringing the remaster of the hack-and-slash beat 'em up game from 2013, Dragon's Crown, to the west. Dragon's Crown Pro, as it's known, will be released on PlayStation 4 with enhanced visuals, 4K support, and better performance. It will retail for $49.99.

Dragon's Crown Pro will be releasing exclusively for the PlayStation 4, and you can check out the announcement trailer that shows the game off in action below. With updated visuals and presentation for the current-gen, hunting for treasure in the Kingdom of Hydeland has never been more rewarding.

Glorious Presentation - Rejoice because English and Japanese audio options will now be available!

All the Royal Bells and Whistles - If you already own Dragon's Crown, your saves won't go to waste.

The title will also support the cross-play feature that the PS3 and the Vita versions of the game have, allowing co-operative play between all three platforms in addition to the opportunity to send save data to different versions of the game.

Dragon's Crown Pro features groups of heroes that face terrible challenges in the labyrinthine dungeons surrounding the medieval fantasy kingdom of Hydeland.

Much like in the original game, the player takes control of one of six characters (a Elf, Dwarf, Fighter, Wizard, Amazon, or Sorceress) in a side-scrolling action RPG set in a "high fantasy" setting. You can also play along with up to four players.
