If there's one thing that Destiny players love, it's being locked out of content until they pay money.

Destiny 2 players are up in arms yet again, now that the game's first expansion, Curse of Osiris, has been released: People who have not purchased the add-on are discovering that they can no longer play some of the game's high-level endgame content. It also raises the requirements for endgame activities across the board, like the raid and Nightfall strike.

Longtime Destiny players might have known to expect this - after all, Bungie pulled a similar move with the Weekly Heroic Strike when The Dark Below launched in December 2014.

After just one day of Curse of Osiris in the wild, videos popped up on YouTube and complaints filled the game's Subreddit as players in the Crucible quickly realized how strong the weapon was.

What many players are upset to find, for those that are hardcore trophy hunters, is that the platinum trophy is no longer available because of the Prestige lockout. He'll provide you with a mission to complete some Adventures.
