Brown, who was named the team's top executive by owners Dee and Jimmy Haslam during an overhaul following the 2015 season, was relieved of his duties on Thursday. "The 2018 draft and offseason is pivotal for our franchise, we need to ensure that we maximize our opportunity for success; with our picks, free agency and building our roster". The Browns plan on keeping Hue Jackson, who is 1-27 as Cleveland's coach, for the 2018 season. Browns owner Jimmy Haslam also announced that head coach Hue Jackson will stay for the 2018 season. However, per Adam Schefter and reading into Haslam's quote, "We have begun the process of having productive conversation regarding leadership of our football operation and will provide further updates when appropriate", the Browns are expected to fire more personal throughout the day.

Things just won't get better for the Cleveland Browns.
