Remember, everyone. Men can be victims of sexual assault, harassment, and rape.

According to TMZ, the lawsuit also says that Venit stared at Crews "like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively".

Crews is suing agent Adam Venit for allegedly grabbing his junk at an event previous year.

Terry Crews is taking out further action against the Hollywood agent he claims groped him. It was only reported that the Brooklyn Nine-Nine actor filed a police report on Adam, but sources over at TMZ say Terry is going forward with a full lawsuit that is now ongoing.

Crews - who first came forward with the groping accusation in a Twitter thread in October - claims in the legal filing that he called out to Adam Sandler after the party where the alleged encounter occurred. "Brad - your boy Adam Venit - I was handing with Sandler the other night he was was DOPED UP", reads Crews' text.

News of the lawsuit comes a little more than a week after Venit returned to work at WME following a brief suspension as the agency conducted an internal investigation of Crews' allegations.

The 49-year-old reportedly received a call from Sandler on his way home from the event to see how he was doing and the Billy Madison actor was surprised by Venit's alleged behavior.

Crews says Sandler was considerate enough to call him after the whole ordeal to make sure he was okay. It adds that Crews told his agent at WME of the alleged incident, and met with WME chairman Ari Emanuel. Venit was demoted, and no longer holds his former title as head of the motion picture department at WME, but remains an agent at the company representing A-list clients. He says he worries about Venit's power in the industry and hurting his career.
