Blac Chyna previously filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian family where she accused them of being responsible for the end of her reality show, .

In the initial lawsuit filed in October, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian, along with Kylie and Kendall Jenner, were also listed as defendants.

Chyna's response to Huggle flagging her photo is very similar to her response to the victim-blaming backlash she got back in July after her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian went on a revenge porn attack against her. Rob - who is the father of Chy's one-year-old daughter Dream - posted multiple nude photos of Chy, exposing her genitals on social media. 'We will continue to aggressively fight for Chyna's rights as the case proceeds'.

Vixen Blac Chyna is with the smoke for the Kardashian family's standout member.
